Next season, American Idol will be starting from scratch. Producers of the show have been approaching past contestants and winners to be judges. They want the judges to be someone who’s gone through it all before first hand.
The show is also going back to having only 3 judges. So far, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson are in, and they’re looking at either Clay Aiken or Adam Lambert as the final judge.
I think that’s a great idea, but I don’t know if it’ll be enough to save American Idol.
